DO YOU HAVE TEN MINUTES TO UNCLUTTER AND GIVE BACK? Donations are being accepted until the end of January 2008 to assist orphans in the 3rd poorest country in the Americas; Nicaragua. 2.3 million live in poverty; 831,000 live in extreme poverty, while 53% of the population are under the age of 18. Janet Keall will be visiting two orphanages in Nicaragua; Casa Asis (houses 31 children in the town of Granada) and Casa Santiago (houses 200 children on the Island of Ometepe). Most of the children are Miskito Indians and are war orphans or victims of poverty. There, she will bring joy to these children's lives and interact and give a speech to the older children. Of course she can't arrive empty handed, so this is where you can make a difference in these children's lives. If you have unwanted, gently used or new clothing, then please consider a donation to The Keall Foundation. MAKE A DIFFERENCE TODAY! ITEM SUGGESTIONS: - Children's clothing, all sizes. They
are keen to receive socks and underwear. If you are interested in donating, please contact Janet directly by January 28th at 604-786-8581 or: janet@keallfoundation.com For more information on these orphanages, please go to: www.nph.org I will also Blog my experience and post photos, so check back often!
