	JANET KEALL Founder and President, The Keall Foundation Janet has spent a decade at the forefront of office operations and management, varied between Law, Technology and Real Estate Firms. Coupled with Janet’s extensive experience, it became apparent and easily feasible to create a solution to her own daunting personal struggle – her beginning in life as a baby abandoned at birth. In 2005, this mission has flourished into an innate desire to raise awareness towards abandoned individuals and enhance the lives of. To Janet, it is second nature to nurture a passionate cause, make a difference and simply take charge. In this platform, it is evident that this has been accomplished. Janet enjoys the downtown Vancouver lifestyle with her young family and savors every day that she can walk home from work within 10 minutes, kiss her boys and know where they belong. 	BRENDA WILSON Website Designer and Keall Foundation Coordinator During her years in the office administration and professional organizing fields, Brenda gained extensive experience coordinating and organizing information, events, people and spaces. As Managing Director at Syntric Design, Brenda puts her administrative, project management and customer service experience to work by overseeing and managing clients' marketing and design projects. Brenda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Simon Fraser University and is also involved with the Young Entreprenuers Association as the Finance Coordinator, Administrator.
	TAMARA BROOKS Website Administrator As a graphic designer, Tamara believes that the driving force behind true beauty is usefulness and functionality. Applying this philosophy to every aspect of her personal and professional life creates an atmosphere in which great ideas are born. A passion for abetting the success of other small companies and creating rich visual identities has led Tamara to the position of Marketing Director for YEA's Vancouver board. She is not without credentials. Tamara is the engine behind Syntric Design and specializes in websites, logo design, brochures, and various types of promotional branding. Tamara graduated with a Bachelor of Design from Sheridan College and York University's joint honors program and worked closely alongside other design firms with larger scale clients such as Pennzoil / Quaker State US, NAPA, the BC Liquor Store as well as many other successful businesses producing a huge array of successful graphic solutions.
	WINSON TANG Website Programmer Winson is an exceptional web and multimedia developer with a portfolio that spans the non-profit, pharmaceutical, real estate and resource industries. He completed the Computer Systems Technology/Multimedia Software Development Diploma Program from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and is currently working towards a Bachelor Degree of Interactive Arts from Simon Fraser University. Winson is the founder of WTA Graphix, a web-based application development and design firm, for which he does graphic design, trains and manages junior designers and developers. Winson's personal life mimics his professional life - he enjoys designing for print and websites, interactive design and computer programming.   But he also has some hobbies - reading up on technological trends, hiking, biking and playing tennis. He lives by the motto   "Know what you need to do, and just do it!"
